抗血栓形成和强力治痔制剂。

〔包装及成分〕

每管(连插管)含15g痔安素软膏。

每100g含：

磺酸戊聚糖酯 1g(1%)

醋酸去炎松 0．01g(0．01%)

合克替啶 0．1g(0．1%)

盐酸利多卡因 2g(2%)

赋形剂 适量

〔适应证〕

内外痔疾患。

痔血栓形成或静脉血栓形成。

痔血栓静脉炎(与静脉炎同时存在)。

〔剂量〕

每天1～3次或根据需要。

·内痔者插管给药。

·外痔者直接涂搽。

用量应约为1cm的软膏。

〔作用形式〕

痔安素通过均衡它的4种成分的药理作用而发挥作用。

磺酸戊聚糖酯主要是一种血管抗炎药和静脉壁强壮剂。

醋酸去炎松是一种具有明显局部作用的皮质类固醇。它强大的抗炎作用(是氢化可的松的5倍)加强磺酸戊聚糖酯的抗炎作用。

合克替啶是一种抗菌、制菌、杀菌和制真菌剂，并能加快愈合。

盐酸利多卡因是一种极好的局部麻醉剂，它不同于普鲁卡因，特别适用于粘膜的止痛。

Presentation and composition

Anso is available in tubes(with cannula)containing 15 g of ointment．

Each 100 grams contaion：

Pentosan sulphonic ester 1g

Triamcinolone acetonide 0．01g

Hexetidine 0．1g

Lidocaine hydrochloride 2g

Excipient s．q．

Indications

·Internal and external hemorrhoids．

·Hemorrhoidal thrombosis or phlebothrombosis．

·Hemorrhoidal thrombophlebitis(the foregoing coexisting with phlebitis)．

Dosology

·From 1 to 3 applications daily or according to requirements

·by means of the cannula in case of internal hemorrhoids

·directly on external hemorrhoids

The quantity to apply should be 1 cm of ointment approximately．

Mode of action

Anso acts through the pharmacologically balanced activity of its four ingredients．

Pentosan sulphonic ester is basically a vascular anti-inflammatory agent and a tonic of the venous wall．

Triamcinolone acetonide is a corticosteroid of remarkable topic effects．Its powerful antiinflammatory action(five times superior to hydrocortisone)potentiates the anti-inflammatory activity of pentosan sulphonic ester．

Hexetidine is an antiseptic，bacteriostatic，bactericidal，fungistatic and cicatrizing agent．

Lidocaine hydrochloride is a local anaesthetic of excellent conditions which is especially indicated in the analgesia of mucosa．
