〔成分〕
罗红霉素 50mg
赋形剂 加至1片
〔包装〕
每合10片，热塑泡眼包装。
〔适应证〕
本品是一种大环内酯类抗生素。
本品提倡用于感染病：耳鼻喉、支气管、肺及皮肤。
〔禁忌证〕
本品对以下情况不能用药：
对大环内酯类曾有过敏史。
与麦角衍生物(麦角胺、双氢麦角胺)配伍。
如有疑问，务必向您的医师或药师咨询。
〔使用注意事项〕
本品不推荐用于：
(1)肝功能不全；
(2)当同时服用麦角衍生物时，尤其是麦角胺。4岁以下儿童服用时，应将药片嚼碎与食物混合服下；
(3)为了避免与其它药物交叉的可能性，务必系统性地向您的医师或药师告知您正在服用的药物。
此药必须放在儿童不能拿到的地方。
〔药物其它可能的副作用〕
消化道反应：恶心、呕吐、胃痛、腹泻。
皮肤过敏反应。
眩晕。
与所有有效药品一样，本品对个别病人会引起或多或少的不适，务必向您的医师或药师咨询。
〔剂量及服用方法〕
作为参考，儿童正常的剂量为：
12～23kg的儿童：早、晚各1片50mg。
24～40kg的儿童：早、晚各2片50Ing。
最好在饭前服用。
4岁以下的儿童，把药片捣碎后与一些食物混合服用。
〔发药条件〕
重新发药只能在医师事先于处方上注明或开新的处方的情况下。
医师为您所开的处方是为您作特定的治疗而用的：
不适宜用于其它的场合
在没有征求医师意见之前，不应重新再用，
不要把此药推荐给别人使用。
〔有效期〕
本品在包装上清楚标明失效的日期，过了失效期不可再用。

Composition
Roxithromycin 50mg
Excipient q．s．to one tablet
Presentation
Box of 10 tablets in a blister pack．
Indications
This medicine is an antibiotic of the macrolide group．
Rulide is recommended for E．N．T．，bronchopulmonary and skin infections．
Contraindications
This medicine must not be used in the following cases：
·Known allergy to macrolides．
·In combination with ergot derivatives(ergotamine，dihydroergotamine)．
In case of doubt，it is essential to consult your doctor or pharmacist．
Precautions
This medicine is not recommended in the following cases：
·Hepatic insufficiency．
·In combination with ergot derivatives，particularly ergotamine．
For children under 4 years old，crunch the tablet and mix with some food．
To avoid possible interactions with several medicines you should systematically report any other current treatment to your doctor or pharmacist．
Keep out of the children’s reach．
Other possible effects of the medicine
·Gastro-intestinal reactions：nausea，vomiting，stomach pain，diarrhoea．
·Allergic reactions．
·Dizziness．
In common with any active product，this medicine may in some people cause effects of varying degrees of intensity；do not hesitate to consult your doctor or your pharmacist．
Dosage and administration
For your guidance the usual posology in children is：
·Children from 12 to 23 kg：one 50 mg tablet morning and evening．
·Children from 24 to 40 kg：two 50mg tablets morning and evening．
In all cases，follow your doctor’s instructions exactly．
