秒定义及其复现

第一次科学的定义秒长是1820年，从地球自转周期导出的平太阳秒，一直使用到1960年。随后是从地球公转周期导出的历书秒，仅仅使用到1967年就被原子秒取代了。每次定义的变迁，都是由于找到了更稳定的周期性运动。本节重点介绍原子秒。
