片剂

〔包装〕

每瓶30片。

〔成分〕

每片含烯丙哌三嗪，30mg；阿吗碱，10mg

每瓶含烯丙哌三嗪，900mg；阿吗碱，300mg

适量赋形剂使每片薄膜衣药片重0．520g。

〔性质〕

氧气是各器官进行活动时所必需的，这对占了机体总耗氧量20%的大脑尤其重要。

在生命过程中，血管会逐渐失去其弹性而管壁亦会增厚。

此过程开始时会造成血流减慢。更甚者，在某些情形下会引致血管堵塞。

无论在上述血管病变的任何阶段，大脑都不能获得足量氧气供应，因而使神经细胞缺氧受损而影响其正常功能。这些异常会因受影响器官不同而引起记忆力丧失，头痛，耳鸣，听力及视力下降等各种症状。

都可喜提升动脉血氧。

都可喜可增加肺部血液带氧量。

都可喜保证动脉管壁及大脑组织的持续性供氧，此作用已为药理研究证实。

改善后的氧气供应保证神经细胞更好发挥其功能。

〔适应证〕

亚急性及慢性大脑血管功能不全及其所引起的各种症状，如记忆力丧失，智能及注意力下降，血管性的视网膜及内耳功能紊乱。

〔禁忌证〕

严禁与MAOI同用。

〔注意事项〕

如其他新药一样，“都可喜”不应给予怀孕妇女，尤其在早孕期。但若医生觉得其治疗价值超越潜在危险时则除外。

都可喜不可与其他含烯丙哌三嗪的药物同服。

不可超过建议剂量：1～2片／d。

〔副作用〕

极少发生消化及中枢神经系统紊乱。

罕见的有体重下降，下肢持续针刺感报告。若体重减轻超过3kg，或脚部及下肢不停有针刺、刺痛感及麻木感出现时，则需注意及应停止服药，并告知医生。

〔用药途径及剂量〕

1～2片／d，分两次服(早晨及晚上)。

都可喜需由医生根据病人病情而开处方。为了得到最佳疗效，病人需绝对服从医师指示的剂量。

血管性病变是一种慢性疾病，所以需要长期治疗。

Properties：

Oxygen is necessary for the activity of the organs and in particular for that of the brain which requires 20% of the total oxygen consumed by the organism．

During life，blood vessels lose their elasticity and their walls thicken．

This process produces，in the beginning，a simple slowing down of blood circulation but may，in certain cases，develop into an obstruction of a vesel．

Whatever the state of the illness，oxygen doses not reach the brain in sufficient quantities；the nerve cells suffer and do not function properly．This malfunction may cause various symptoms，depending on the organ affected，loss of memory，headache，tinnitus，decreased hearing or sight．Duxil enriches arterial blood with oxygen．

With Duxil，the blood traps more oxygen in the lungs．

Duxil ensures permanent oxygenation of the arterial walls and of cerebral tissue，as proved by pharmacological studies．

This improved oxygenation allows a better functioning of nerve cells．

Indications：

Duxil is intended for subacute and chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency with its varied symptoms：loss of memory，decrease in intellectual efficiency and concentration，vascular disorders of the retina and innerear．

Contraindication：

Do not administer concurrently with MAOI．

Precautions for use and side effects：

As for any new molecule，the use of Duxil is not advised in pregnant women，particularly during the first months of pregnancy unless，in the opinion of the physician，the therapeutic use surpasses any potential risk．Duxil should not be administered concurrently with other preparations containing almitrine．

Do not exceed the recommended dosage：1-2tablets daily．

Rare cases of digestive and central disorders．

Rare cases of weight los，persisting pins and needles in the lower limbs．

Pay special attention to any weight loss of at least 3 kg．or to any pins and needles，persistent pricking，numbness in the feet and lower limbs．

Under these circumstances．stop the treatment and inform the physician．

Instructions for use and dosage：

Usual dosology：

1 or 2 tablets per day in two divided doses(morning and evening)．

Duxil is prescribed by your doctor．This medicine is prescribed according to your needs．To obtain maximum benefit from the treatment，it is essential to conforin strictly to the dailydosology prescribed by your doctor．

Vascular pathology is a chronic pathology，thus necessitating regular treatment．
