〔成分〕

每片含枸橼酸克罗米芬50mg。

〔用途〕

因以下原因引起的妇女无生育能力：排卵不正常，卵巢功能不良，卵巢多囊症，授乳停经综合征，精神性停经，其他不明病因的继发性停经，以及口服避孕药所引起的停经等。

因精子过少所引起的男性不育。

〔注意事项〕

怀孕妇女，肝功能不全或患子宫肿瘤者不宜服用。

“发地兰”一定要在医生指示下服用。仔细评价和选择病人，密切注意剂量，性生活必须规律。

在用发地兰治疗期受孕时，易发生多胎，副作用与剂量相关，剂量越高越频繁，而在推荐剂量下并不多见。副作用主要有潮红，腹部不适，卵巢增大，视觉模糊。

〔剂量〕

妇女：第一次疗程是自月经开始后第五天起，每日1片连服5天，若有排卵现象未受孕，最多可服6个疗程。若在第一次疗程中未有排卵现象，剂量可增至2片／d，连服5d。如仍未有排卵现象，这个剂量最多可持续3个疗程，或若有排卵受成孕者，最多可服6个疗程。

男性：每日0．5片或1片，至少服用6个月。

有10片，30片，100片，500片及1000片。

Composition

Clomiphene citrate．

Uses

Sterility in women due to ovulatory failure，ovarian dysfunction，polycystic ovary syndrome，lactation amenorrhoea syndrome，psychogenic amenorrhoea，and certain cases of secondary amenorrhoea of undetermined aetiology．An additional diagnosis is post-oral contraceptive amenorrhoea．

Sterility in men due to oligospermia．

Contraindications，side effects，precautions

Fertilan is contraindicated during pregnancy，in patients with hepatic insufficiency，or tumors of the uterus．

Fertilan should only be administered under medical supervision．Careful evaluation and selection of patients，close attention to dosage instructions，and properly timed coitus are mandatory for a successful treatment with fertilan．

The incidence of multiple pregnacies is increased when conception takes place during fertilan treatment．

Side effects are dose-related being more prominent and more frequent at higher doses，they infrequently，however，interfere with treatment at recommended doses．They include hot flushes，abdominal discomfort(distention，bloating，pain or soreness)，ovarian enlargement and visual blurring．

The vasomotor symptoms resembling menopausal hot flushes are not usually severe and disappear soon after discontinuation of treatment．

Abdominal symptoms are most often related to ovulatory or premenstrual phenomena，or to ovarian enlargement．

Dosage

In women：The first course of fertilan treatment comprises of one tablet daily for five days．If ovulation but no pregnancy occurs，this may be repeated for a total maximum of 6 cycles．If ovulation does not occur after the first cycle，the dosage may be increased to 2 tablets(single dose)for five days．This dosage may be repeated up to maximum of 3 eycles，if ovulation does not occur，and up to maximum of 6 cycles if ovulation but no pregnancy occurs．

Therapy may be started at any time in patients with no recent uterine bleeding but if uterine bleeding occurs prior to therapy fertilan treatment should be started on the fifth day of the cycle．

In men：Half to one tablet daily for at least 6 months．
