(蒙脱石)消化道粘膜保护剂
〔剂型包装〕
袋装粉剂。
〔主要成分〕
双八面体蒙脱石，3g／袋。
〔药理特性〕
思密达具有层纹状结构及非均匀性电荷分布，对消化道内的病毒、病菌及其产生的毒素有极强的固定、抑制作用；对消化道粘膜有很强的覆盖能力，并通过与粘液糖蛋白相互结合，从质和量两方面修复，提高粘膜屏障对致病因子的防御功能。
思密达不进入血液循环系统，而连同所固定的致病因子随肠道运动排出体外。思密达不影响x线检查，不改变大便颜色，不改变正常的肠蠕动。
〔适应证〕
1．食管炎、胃炎、结肠炎、功能性结肠病的症状治疗。
2．成人及儿童急、慢性腹泻，对儿童急性腹泻效果尤佳。
〔用法〕
1．食管炎病人饭后服用；其它适应证病人宜于两餐间空腹用；治疗急性腹泻时立即服用本药品，且首剂量加倍。
2．将本品倒入50ml温水中，搅匀后服用。
3．治疗结肠炎、功能性结肠病时可用作保留灌肠法。
〔剂量〕
儿童：1岁以下：每日1袋，分3次服用；1～2岁：每日1～2袋，分3次服用；2岁以上：每日2～3袋，分3次服用。
成人：每日3次，每次1袋。
保留灌肠法：每次1～3袋，倒入50～100ml温水中每日1～3次。
〔注意事项〕
1．治疗急性腹泻时，应注意纠正脱水。
2．如需服用其它药物，建议与思密达间隔一段时间。
〔副作用〕
用于第一类适应证时，偶见便秘报道，可减少剂量继续服用。
〔禁忌证〕
无。

Presentation

Main composition
Dioctahedral smectite 3g．
Pharmacological properties
Smecta possesses a fixing and inhibiting effect for virus，bacteria and their toxins in digestive tract；and coating property on the gastrointestinal mucosa．By interacting with glycoproteins of mucus，Smecta repairs and improves defensive function of mucosal barrier in quality and quantity．
Smecta does not enter into the blood circulation system，excretes with bowel motion including the fixed attack factors．Smecta does not colour the stools，does not affect the X-ray examination and at usual dosages，does not modify the physiological intestinal transit time．
Indications
1．Symptomatic treatment of painful symptoms associated with oesophagitis，gastritis，colitis and functional colopathy．
2．Treatment of acute and chronic diarrhoea，partiularly in children．
Administration
1．After meals in oesophagitisi，between meals in other indications．In practice，in acute diarrhoea，the daily dosage can be doubled at the beginning of treatment．
2．The powder should be well mixed in 50 ml of warm water．
3．Retention enema：treat the colitis and functional colopathy．
Dosage
In children：
Under 1 year：1 sachet per day；
Between 1 and 2 years：1 to 2 sachets per day；
Over 2 years：2 to 3 sachets per day．
To be administered in 3 divided doses．
In adults：
An average of 3 sachets per day，divided into 3 times．
Retention enema：1-3 enemas per day of 1 to 3 sachets mixed in 50-100 ml warm water．
Precautions
1．Specific attention should be paid to rehydration in acute diarrhoea．
2．If other drugs are used，they should be administered separately from Smecta．
Side effects
Very rare cases of development or aggravation of constipation have been reported，it ispossible to continue treatment simply by decreasing the dosage．
