【释义】：

coordinate conj．①但，但是，然而：He was not there but his elder brother was．他不在那儿，但是他哥哥在那儿．but yet虽然…但仍：He was wounded，but yet he persisted in fighting．他虽然受了伤，但仍坚持战斗．②(不是…)而是：It is not mine but yours．不是我的，而是你的．
