【释义】：

犹太人被俘至巴比伦；(喻)执迷不悟者的结局

Then said I, Lord, how long? And he answered, Until the cities be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land be utterly desolate,

And the Lord have removed men far away, and there be a great forsaking in the midst of the land.

But yet in it shall be a tenth, and it shall return, and shall be eaten: as a teil tree, and as an oak, whose substance is in them, when they cast their leaves: so the holy seed shall be the substance thereof.

Isa. 6:11-13

我(指以赛亚)就说：“主啊!这到几时为止呢?”他说：“直到城邑变废墟，房屋无人居住，田地极其荒芜。

并且耶和华将人迁到远方，在这境内撇下的地土很多。

境内剩下的人若还有十分之一，也必被吞灭，像栗树、橡树，虽被砍伐，树杆却仍存留。这圣洁的苗裔将由余杆中产生。”

《以赛亚书》6∶11－13

And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.

And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.

The envy also of Ephraim shall depart, and the adversaries of Judah shall be cut off: Ephraim shall not envy Judah, and Judah shall not vex Ephraim.

Isa. 11:11-13

当那日，主将再一次伸手救回自己百姓中的余剩者，就是遗留在亚述、埃及、巴忒罗、古实、以拦、示拿、哈马，和海岛上的人。

他将向列国高举大旗，招回以色列流徙者，又从大地的四方聚集分散的犹大人。

以法莲的嫉妒必将消散，仇视犹大的必被剪除；以法莲不再忌恨犹大，犹大也不敌视以法莲。

Then said Isaiah to Hezekiah, Hear the word of the Lord of hosts:

Behold, the days come, that all that is in thine house, and that which thy fathers have laid up in store until this day, shall be carried to Babylon: nothing shall be left, saith the Lord.

And of thy sons that shall issue from thee, which thou shalt beget, shall they take away; and they shall be eunuchs in the palace of the king of Babylon.

Then said Hezekiah to Isaiah, Good is the word of the Lord which thou hast spoken. He said moreover, For there shall be peace and truth in my days.

Isa. 39:5-8

以赛亚对希西家说：“请听万军之主的话吧：

看，日子必到，凡你家里所有的，及你祖先们积蓄到如今的，都要被掳掠到巴比伦去，什么都不留下。这是耶和华说的。

并且从你本身所生的子孙中，也有一些要被掳去、在巴比伦王宫里充当太监。”

希西家便对以赛亚说：“你所说的耶和华的话甚好。”但他说：“希望在我有生之日中，有太平和稳固的景况”。

《以赛亚书》39∶5－8

Now why dost thou cry out aloud? is there no king in thee? is thy counsellor perished? for pangs have taken thee as a woman in travail.

Be in pain, and labour to bring forth, O daughter of Zion. like a woman in travail: for now shall thou go forth out of the city, and thou shall dwell in the field, and thou shalt go even to Babylon; there shall thou be delivered; there the Lord shall redeem thee from the hand of thine enemies.

Now also many nations are gathered against thee, that say, Let her be defiled, and let out eye look upon Zion.

Micah 4:9-11

“现在你为何大声哭号呢?是因你们中间没有了君王吗?你的谋十灭亡了吗?因而令你痛苦仿佛妇女临产。

锡安的女子，你应辗转呻吟，仿佛临产的妇人，因为你必从城里出来，住在田野，到巴比伦去，在那里你将获救，在那里耶和华要从你仇敌手中将你赎回．

现在有许多异族聚集起来攻击你，说：‘愿她被玷污，愿我们亲眼见她遭污辱’。”

《弥迦书》4∶9－11

The word that came to Jeremiah concerning all the people of Judah in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah, that was the first year of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon.

Jer. 25:1

犹大王约西亚的儿子约雅敬执政第四年，就是巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒的元年，有关于全犹大众民的话传给了耶利米。

《耶利米书》25∶1

Behold, I will send and take all the families of the north, saith the Lord, and Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon, my servant, and will bring them against this land, and against the inhabitants thereof, and against all these nations round about, and will utterly destroy them, and make them an astonishment, and an hissing, and perpetual desolations.

Moreover I will take from them the voice of mirth, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride, the sound of the millstones, and the light of the candle.

And this whole land shall be a desolation, and an astonishment; and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years.

And it shall come to pass, when seventy years are accomplished, that I will punish the king of Babylon, and that nation, saith the Lord, for their iniquity, and the land of the Chaldeans, and will make it perpetual desolations.

Jer.25: 9-12

我必召北方的众族和我仆人巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒来攻击这地和这地的居民，并四围一切的国民。

我要将他们尽行灭绝，以致他们令人惊骇、嗤笑，并且永久荒凉。这是耶和华说的。

我又要使欢喜和快乐的声音，新郎和新妇的声音，推磨的声音和灯的亮光，从他们中间止息。

这全地必然荒凉，令人惊骇，这些国民要服侍巴比伦王七十年。

七十年满了以后，我必刑罚巴比伦王和那国民，并迦勒底人之地，因他们的罪孽使那地永远荒凉。这是耶和华说的。
