〔成分〕
每片含氨溴索30mg。
每5ml糖浆含氨溴索15mg或30mg。
〔药理学〕
痰之保克是一种具有减少粘痰，降低痰粘度特性的粘液溶解剂。它刺激呼吸道粘液腺体的分泌并且分解粘液痰中酸性糖蛋白质纤维网状结构，使粘液痰易咳出保持呼吸通畅。
痰之保克是一种粘液溶解祛痰剂，它可用于支气管炎和其它呼吸系统疾病以助祛痰。可以长期应用。
〔适应证〕
伴有过多粘液分泌物的急性或慢性呼吸道疾病，尤其是对急性和慢性支气管炎、支气管扩张、支气管哮喘、肺气肿有效，可避免肺部并发症。
〔禁忌证〕
对氨溴索过敏者禁用。
〔注意事项〕
同任何其它制剂一样，在妊娠头3个月内不予采用。
〔副作用〕
痰之保克一般耐受良好，在少数病例中有轻度胃肠道副作用和过敏反应的报道。
〔剂量和剂型〕
1．痰之保克片30mg
成年人和12岁以上儿童：1片，3次／d。5～12岁儿童：1／2片，3次／d。
片剂应在饭后用水送服。长期服用剂量可减少到2次／d。
2．痰之保克糖浆30mg／5ml(1满茶匙)
成年人和12岁以上儿童：5ml(1茶匙)，3次／d
5～12岁儿童：2．5ml(1／2茶匙)，3次／d。

Composition

Pharmacology
Transbroncho is a mucolytic agent with mucokinetic and secretolytic properties．It stimulates secretion of fluid by the mucous glands of the respiratory tract and breaks down the network of acid glycoprotein fibres which abound in mucoid sputum．Expectorations of mucus is facilitated and breathing is eased considerably．
Transbroncho is a mucolytic expectorant which is used in bronchitis and other respiratory conditions as an aid to expectoration．Long-term use is possible beause of the good tolerability of the preparation．
Indications
Acute and chronic diseases of the respiratory tract associated with excessive and viscid mucous secretions，particularly in acute and chronic bronchitis，bronchiectasis，asthmatic bronchitis，emphysema，pre-and post-operative treatment and in intensive care to avoid pulmonary complications．
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to ambroxol．
Warning & Precautions
As with any other preparation，adminisrtation of Transbroncho is not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy．
Adverse reactions
Transbroncho is generally well tolerated，Mil gastrointestinal side effects and allergic reactions have been reported in a few patients．
Dosage & Administration
Transbroncho tablet 30 mg：
Adults and children over 12 years：1 tablet three times daily．
Children 5-12 years：1／2 tablet three times daily．
The tablets should be taken after meals with liquid．
In long term therapy the dose may be reduced to a twice daily dosage．
Transbroncho syrup 30 mg／5ml(1 teaspoonful)：
Adults and children over 12 years：5ml(1 tsp)three times daily．
Children 5-12 years：2．5 ml(1／2 tsp)three times daily．
Transbroncho paedlatric syrup 15 mg／5 ml(1 teaspoonful)．
Adults and children over 12 years：10ml(2 tsp)three times daily．
Children 5-12 years：5 ml(1 tsp)three times daily．
Children 2-5 years：2．5 ml(1／2 tsp)three times daily．
Children under 2 years：2．5ml(1／2 tsp)twice daily．
The dosage recommendation for children are based on a total daily dose of 1．2-1．6 mg Transbroncho paedilatric per kg body weight．
For long term treatment the dose may be reduced．
