植物细胞培养与植物遗传转化

植物细胞培养(Evans与Cocking,1975)和植株再生(Vasil,Ahuja与Vasil,1979)应用于植物育种规划,已有许多报道。植物细胞培养是新植物生物技术学的基础手段。
