最新口服抗糖尿病剂

达美康DIAMICRON乃法国施维雅药厂出品的最新口服抗糖尿病制剂，为药界一项重大发现。因达美康不单可使过高血糖回复正常，更可对抗糖尿病常异发的毛细血管栓塞现象。此种毛细血管栓塞现象，可导致糖尿病病人在血管组织上之各种并发症。如：视网膜毛细血管病变(失明)；糖尿病性肾脏病变(肾衰竭)；神经系统毛细血管病变(神经营养失调性损害)。

〔药理作用〕

1．达美康能在24h恢复血糖稳定性。它使血糖在禁食状态正常，并消除了饭后血糖高峰或反应性低血糖。

2．达美康能对抗毛细血管栓塞，作用如下：减低血小板的粘性及集聚；防止纤维蛋白异常沉积在微血管壁上；对抗肾上腺素的血管收缩作用。

〔适应证〕

各种成年糖尿病：老年人糖尿病；成年人伴有或不伴有肥胖症的糖尿病；伴有血管并发症的糖尿病。

达美康可与胰岛素联合应用治疗胰岛素依赖型糖尿病，但需大力的医疗监护，服法须严格依照医师指示。

〔用量服法〕

应依照医嘱。

通常开始服量为2片／d，连服3周，然后根据检验结果，可减为1片／d或增至3片／d。

〔禁忌证〕

妊娠，幼年型糖尿病、严重胰岛素依赖型糖尿病伴有酮尿症，糖尿病性昏迷或昏迷前，需要胰岛素注射及特别处理，不可单靠服用达美康。

〔注意事项〕

达美康可与抗凝剂合用，在服用时，应经常作血液检查。

肾功能不全或障碍者，有必要降低剂量，甚至中止口服治疗。

〔副作用〕

无明显不良副作用。

Diamicron，from Laboratoires Servier(France)，represents an important discovery，because this product not only induces normoglycaemia，but it also fights microthrombosis，common point of the vascular complications of diabetes mellitus．

Mode of action

1．Diamicron restores glycaemic stability throughout 24 hours．

It normalizes the glycaemia in the fasting state and eliminates post-prandial hypergly caemic peaks or reactional hypoglycaemia．

2．Diamicron fights the microthrombosis by interfering on three factors：

·It decreases platelet adhesivity and aggregation；

·It prevents the abnormal fibrin deposition on the micro-vessel walls；

·It opposes adrenalin vasoconstriction．

Indications

·All types of maturity onset diabetes：diabetes with or without obesity in adults，diabetes in the elderly，diabetes with vascular complications．

·Diamicron may be associated to the treatment with insulin in insulin-dependent diabetes，but in that case greater medical surveillance is required．

Dosage

The dosage is determined by the medical practitioner according to the severity of the diabetic state．

In the majority of cases：

2 tablets per day．

In severe cases：

3 tablets per day．

In mild diabetes：1 tablet per day．

Contraindications

·Pregnancy is a contraindication to the use of diamicron，as to the use of any new molecule．

·Juvenile diabetes，severe insulin-dependent diabetes with ketosis，precoma or coma cannot be treated withdiamicron alone，and require insulin and specific care．

Precautions

·It is possible to associate diamicron with anticoagulants，provided that haematological control is frequent．

·In case of renal insufficiency，it may be necessary to reduce the dosage and even to withdraw any kind of oral treatment．

Side effects

No notable side effects have been reported；especially neither digestive disordes nor antialcohol effects have been observed．
