n．一会，一段时间：I’ll be back in a while．我一会就回来．I have not seen him for a long while．我好久没有看见他了．Where have you been all this while?这么久你一直在哪里?once in a while 偶尔，间或．worth(one’s) while 值得的，上算的：It will be worth while discussing this question again．这个问题值得我们再讨论一次．
