【释义】：

严禁食血。

And whatsoever man there be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, that eatelh any manner of blood; I will even set my face against the soul that eateth blood, and will oul him off from among his people.

For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.

Therefore I said unto the children of Israel, No soul of you shall eat blood, neither shall any stranger that sojourneth among you eat blood.

And whatsoever man there be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, which hunteth and catchelh any beast or fowl that may be eaten; he shall even pour out the blood (hereof, and cover it with dust.

For it is the life of all flesh; the blood of it is for the life thereof: therefore I said unto the children of Israel, Ye shall eat the blood of no manner of flesh: for the life of all flesh is the blood thercof: whosoever eateth it shall be cut off.

And every soul that eateth that which died of itself, or that which was torn with beasts, whether it be one of your own country, or a stranger, he shall both wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and.he unclean until the even: then shall he be clean.

But if he wash them not, nor bathe his flesh; then he shall bear his iniquity.

Levi. 17:10-16

“凡以色列家中的人，或是寄居在他们中间的外人，若吃什么血，我(指耶和华)必向那吃血的人变脸，把他从民中剪除。

因为活物的生命是在血中，我把这血赐给你们，可以在坛上为你们的生命赎罪。因血里有生命，所以能赎罪。”

因此我对以色列人说：“你们都不可吃血，寄居在你们中间的外人，也不可吃血。

凡以色列人，或是寄居在他们中间的外人，若打猎得了可吃的禽兽，必放出它的血来，用土掩盖。

论到一切活物的生命，就在血中”。

所以我对以色列人说：“无论什么活物的血，你们都不可吃，因为一切活物的血就是它的生命。凡吃了血的，必被剪除。

凡吃自死的，或是被野兽撒裂的，无论是本地人，是寄居的，必不洁净到晚上，都要洗衣服，用水洗身。到了晚上，才为洁净。

但他若不洗衣服，也不洗身，就必担当他的罪孽。”
