【释义】：

免罪

And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation.

That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:

For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.

Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device.

And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:

Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordinaed; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.

The Acts 17:26-31

他从一本造出万族的人，住在全地上，并且预先定准他们的年限和所住的疆界，

要叫他们寻求神，或者揣摩而得，其实他离我们各人不远；

我们生活、动作、存留都在乎他。

就如你们作诗的，有人说：‘我们也是他所生的。’

我们既是神所生的，就不当以为神的神性像人用手艺、心思所雕刻的金、银、石。

世人蒙昧无知的时候，神并不监察，如今却吩咐各处的人都要悔改。

因为他已经定了日子，要借着他所设立的人按公义审判天下、并且叫他从死里复活，给万人作可信的凭据。

《使徒行传》17∶26－31

Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.

Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

Romans 3:24-28

如今却蒙神的恩典，因基督耶稣的救赎，就白白地称义。

神设立耶稣作挽回祭，是凭着耶稣的血，借着人的信，要显神的义。

因为他用忍耐的心，宽容人先时所犯的罪，

好在今时显明他的义，使人知道他自己为义，也称信耶稣的人为义。

既是这样，哪里能夸口呢?没有可夸的了。用何法没有的呢?是用立功之法吗?不是，乃用信主之法。

所以我们看定了，人称义是因着信，不在乎遵行律法。
