阿斯美是几种成分配伍的一种药物，这些成分不仅可减轻咽喉及支气管等炎症引起的咳嗽，而且可减轻哮喘发作的咳嗽，使痰易咳出。
〔成分与作用〕
阿斯美是印有“AS”字样的白色硬胶囊剂，内装白色～微黄色粒状粉末。胶囊中含下述成分。

〔适应证〕
咳嗽、咳痰、哮喘。
〔用法用量〕
15岁以上，1次2胶囊，1日口服3次。
8～15岁，1次1胶囊，1日口服3次。
〔使用注意〕
1．下述病人服药前应向医师或药剂师咨询
(1)本人或父母、弟兄等有易引起荨麻疹、接触性皮炎、过敏性鼻炎、偏头痛、食物过敏等体质者；
(2)有药物过敏症状(发热、皮疹、关节痛、搔痒等)既往史者；
(3)有宿疾、体弱或高热者；
(4)心脏疾患、高血压者或高龄者；
(5)青光眼(眼痛、视物不清等)、排尿困难者；
(6)孕妇或可能妊娠的妇女；
(7)接受其它治疗者。
2．服药时应注意下述内容
(1)本剂含有相当于剧药的成分，故应严守规定的用法及用量；
(2)请勿与下述药物同时服用：其他镇咳祛痰剂、感冒药、抗组胺药、镇静剂等；
(3)小儿服用时，应在监护人指导监督下用药；
(4)未满8岁的幼儿，不得服用本剂。
3．服药期间或服药后应注意下述内容
(1)服用本剂后出现皮疹、发红、恶心、呕吐、食欲不振、眩晕、排尿困难等症状时，应停止服药并向医师或药剂师咨询；
(2)服用本剂后，有时引起嗜睡，故不要驾驶汽车或操作机械；
(3)服用数次后症状未改善时，应停止服药并向医师或药剂师咨询。
4．保管及用药须知
(1)保管于小儿不能触及之处；
(2)避开直射阳光，尽量在不大潮湿而阴凉处保管；
(3)为避免误用同时为保持质量，不要换装于其他容器；
(4)超过有效期，不要使用。

Asmeton strong is a drug which combines ingredients to relieve not only a cough due to inflammation in a throat and a bronchial tube，but also a cough at thetime of a fit of asthma，and to improve removing a sputum．
Ingredients and actions
Asmeton strong occurs as a white hard capsule on which the letters“AS”are printed and contains white to pale yellow powder．Each capsule contains the following ingredients．

Precautions
1．The following patients should consult a doctor or a pharmacist prior to use．
(1)Patients who or whose parents or siblings have a predisposition to develop symptoms such as hives，dermatitis contact，rhinitis allergic，migraine and food allergy．
(2)Patients with a history of allergic symptoms to drugs，such as fever，rash，arthralgia and itching．
(3)Patients with a chronic illness，a weaken body or high fever
(4)Patients with a heart disorder or a high blood pressure，or elderly persons
(5)Patients with glaucoma such as eye ache and vision blurred，patients with dysuria
(6)Pregnant patients or women suspected of being pregnant
(7)Patients on any other treatment
2．Due to administration，patients should pay attention to the following matters．
(1)Asmeton strong contains ingredients which correspond to a powerful drug，dosage and administration should be strictly adhered．
(2)Asmeton strong should not be coadministered with the following drugs at the same time．
Other antitussive-expectorant，cold remedy，antihistamine，analgesic，etc．
(3)Administration to children should be supervised by a guardian．
(4)Asmeton strong should not be administered to children under 8 years．
3．Pay attention to the following matters due to administration or after administration．
(1)If symptoms such as rash，redness，nausea，vomiting，anorexia，dizziness or dysuria occur，the administration should be discontinued and consult a doctor or a pharmacist．
(2)Since asmeton strong may produce drowsiness，patients should not operate machinery or drive a car．
(3)If symptoms do not improve with repeated dose，administration should be discontinued and consult a doctor or a pharmacist．
4．Storage and Handling
(1)Keep out of reach of children．
(2)Keep out of the direct rays of the sun and store at a less humid and cool place．
(3)In order to avoid a wrong use and maintain quality，do not replace a container with any other one．
(4)Do not use after the expiration date．
