亚伯拉罕之怀；(喻)极乐世界

There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:

And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores.

And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.

And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died,and was buried;

And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.

And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.

But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.

Luke 16:19-25

有一个财主，穿着紫色袍和细麻布衣服，天天奢华宴乐。

又有一个讨饭的，名叫拉撒路，浑身生疮，被人放在财主门口，

要得财主桌子上掉下来的零碎充饥；并且狗来舔他的疮。

后来那讨饭的死了，被天使带去放在亚伯拉罕的怀里；财主也死了，并且埋葬了。

他在阴间受痛苦，举目远远的望见亚伯拉罕，又望见拉撒路在他怀里；

就喊着说，“我祖亚伯拉罕哪!可怜我罢!打发拉撒路来，用指头尖蘸点水，凉凉我的舌头；因为我在这火焰里，极其痛苦。”

亚伯拉罕说：“儿阿!你该回想你生前享过福，拉撒路也受过苦；如今他在这里得安慰，你倒受痛苦。”

《路加福音》16∶19－25

And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him.

And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented.

And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him.

The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.

For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he comelh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.

When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed. Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.

And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdow of heaven.

Matt.8:5-11

耶稣进了迦百农，有一个百夫长进前来，求他说，“主呵!我的仆人害瘫痪病，躺在家里，甚是痛苦。”

耶稣说，“我去医治他。”

百夫长回答说，“主呵!你到我舍下，我不敢当；只要你说一句话，我的仆人就必好了。

因为我在人的权下，也有兵在我的权下；对这个说，去，他就去；对那个说，来，他就来；对我的仆人说，你作这事，他就去作。

”

耶稣听见就希奇，对跟从的人说，“我实在告诉你们，这么大的信心，就是在以色列中，我也没有遇见过。

我又告诉你们，从东到西，将有许多人来，在天国里与亚伯拉罕，以撒，雅各，一同坐席。
