【释义】：

约伯的妻子；(喻)愚顽的妇人；鼠目寸光，眼光短浅

And the Lord said unto Satan, From whence comest thou? And Satan answered the Lord, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.

And the Lord said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that fearest God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him with out cause.

And Satan answered the Lord, and said, Skin for skin, yea, all that a man hath will he give for his life.

But put forth thine hand now,and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will curse thee to thy face.

And the Lord said unto Satan, Behold, he is in thine hand; but save his life.

So went Satan forth from the presence of the Lord, and smote Job with sore boils from the sole of his foot unto his crown.

And he took him a potshed to scrape himself withal; and he sat down among the ashes.

Then said his wife unto him, Dost thou still retain thine integrity? curse God, and die.

But he said unto her, Thou speakest as one of the foolish women speaketh.What? shall we receive good at the hand of.God, and shall we not receive evil? In all this did not Job sin with his lips.

Job 2:2-10

耶和华向撒但说：“你从哪里来?”撒但回答说：“我从地上走来走去，往返而来。

”

耶和华向撒但说：“你曾用心察看我的仆人约伯没有?地上再也没有人像他完全正直，敬畏神，远离恶事。你虽激动我攻击他，无故地毁灭他；他仍然持守他的纯正。”

撒但回答耶和华说：“人以皮代皮，情愿舍去一切所有的保全性命。

你且伸手伤他的骨头和他的肉，他必当面弃掉你。

”

耶和华对撒但说：“他在你手中，只要存留他的性命。”

于是撒但从耶和华面前退去，击打约伯，使他从脚掌到头顶长毒疮。

约伯就坐在炉灰中，拿瓦片刮身体。

他的妻子对他说：“你仍然持守你的纯正吗?你弃掉神，死了吧!”

约伯却对他说：“你说话像愚顽的妇人一样。

哎!难道我们从神手里得福，不也受祸吗?在这一切的事上，约伯并不以口犯罪。

”
