【释义】：

把角高举；(喻)趾高气扬，得意忘形；盛气凌人，目空一切

I said unto the fools, Deal not foolishly: and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn:

Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck.

For promoyion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.

But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.

Psa.75:4-7

我对狂傲人说：“不要行事狂傲。

”对凶恶人说：“不要举角，

不要把你们的角高举，不要挺着颈项说话。”

因为高举非从东，非从西，也非从南而来。
