【释义】：

先知在家乡不受人尊敬；(喻)本地姜不辣

And it came to pass, that when Jesus had finished these parables, he departed thence.

And when he was come into his own country, he taught them in their synagogue, insomuch that they were astonished, and said, Whence hath this man this wisdom, and these mighty works?

Is not this the carpenter's son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas?

And his sisters, are they not all with us? Whence then hath this man all these things?

And they were offended in him.But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, save in his own country, and in his own house.

耶稣说完了这些比喻，就离开那里，

来到自己的家乡，在会堂里教训人，甚至他们都希奇，说：“这人从那里有这等智慧和异能呢?

这不是木匠的儿子么?他母亲不是叫马利亚么?他弟兄不是叫雅各，约瑟，西门，犹大么?
