Fabei is a general term forcarbuncle and cellulitis on the back or on the dorsum of something part．发背是背部痈疽的统称。

The suppurative inflammation of the upperpart of the back is upper fabei．发生在上背部的痈疽是上发背。

The suppurative inflammation of the middle part of the back is middlefabei．发生于中背部的痈疽是中发背。

Tbe suppurative inflammation of the lumbar region opposite the umbilicus is lower fabei．发生于腰部与脐相对处的痈疽是下发背。
