〔简介〕

泌尿灵是意大利米兰利康大药厂经多年研究而发明的专科治疗药。它对泌尿生殖系统的平滑肌具有选择性镇痉镇痛功效，不同于一般抗胆碱能药物，副作用少。

〔成分〕

每片含黄酮哌酯盐酸盐200mg。

〔疗效范围〕

1．对症治疗以下各种膀胱及前列腺之病症 由膀胱炎、膀胱痛、前列腺炎、尿道炎、膀胱尿道炎、尿道膀胱三角炎等所引起之各种排尿困难、急尿、夜尿、上耻骨弓痛等症状。

2．在处理以下病情，可合并其他药物，促进效果

(1)镇痉治疗各种肾结石和尿道结石；

(2)因导管插入和膀胱镜检查而引起泌尿系统的各种病症；

(3)下尿道系统手术后所引起的各种后遗症。

3．妇科 治疗各种妇女生殖道痉挛病痛，如骨盆痛、痛经、子宫运动障碍及张力过高症等。

〔禁忌证〕

避免使用于下列疾患：幽门及十二指肠阻塞、阻塞性的小肠损害或绞痛、弛缓不能、胃肠道出血及阻塞性的尿道疾患。

〔注意〕

当病人有合并泌尿道感染时，应该用适当的抗感染药联合治疗。

1．十二岁以下儿童不宜服用。

2．若用于青光眼尤其是闭角型青光眼病人，应小心观察病情变化。

3．对孕妇，泌尿灵的安全性至今尚未能绝对确定。

4．在接受此药治疗的病人驾车，机械操作或需警惕性活动时，应注意此药可能的副作用如头晕或视力模糊。

5．少数病人偶有恶心、呕吐(满腹服药时消失)或轻度头晕(通过降低剂量或给药频率可以消失)，口干，视力调节失调，升高眼压，排尿困难，心动过速，心悸。

〔用量与服法〕

日服3～4次，每次一片，按时服用。

病情严重时，可遵循医生指示增加用量。

3年。

Type forte

Description

Genurin semplice type”forte”contains 200 mg of flavoxate hydrochloride per sugarspasmodic tablet．Flavoxate is an original product of Recordatil research．It exerts a marked antispasmodic activity on the smooth muscle of the urogenital tract．

Genurin semplice type“forte”is indicated for the treatment of symptoms of various urological and gynecological disorders．

Indications

·Treatment of：dysuria，urgency，nicturia，suprapubic pain，frequency and incontinence in vesical and prostatic affections，such as，for example，cystitis，cystalgia，prostatis，urethritis，urethrocystitis，urethrotrigonitis；

·As an adjuvant in the antispasmodic treatment of renal and uretheral lithiasis and urinary spastic disorders caused by catheterization and cystoscopy．Sequelas of surgery on the lower urinary tract；

·Treatment of spastic states in female genital tract，such as：pelvic algias，dysmenorrhoea，uterine hypertonia and dyskinesia．

Contraindications

This compound is contraindicated in patients with the following conditions：pyloric or duodenal obstruction，obstructive intestinal lesions or ileus，achalasia，gastrointestinal haemorrhage，uncompersated obstructive uropathies of the lower urinary tract．

Warnings

In patients with concomitant infections of urogenital tract，flavoxate should be administered in combination with an adequate anti-infective therapy．

Even though the compound exerts no appreciable anti-cholinergic action，it is appropriate to use it carefully in patients with glaucoma，especially in closed-angle forms．

Subjects under treatment driving cars，operating machinery or exerting activities requiring alertness，should be warned about the possible side-effects，such as：drowsiness or blurred vision．

Use in pregnancy

Animal trals evidence that flavoxate has no harmful effects on pregnancy and fetus．

However，it is better to be careful in its use in pregnancy，as with any other drug，especially in the first trimester．

Children

Genurin semplice type“forte”should be not given to children younger than 12 years，since its safety and efficacy has been not yet demonstrated in this age group．

Side-effects

A few patients may complain occasionally of nausea and vomiting(which disappear by taking the drug on a full stomach)or of a mild drowsiness(which disappears by reducing the dose and／or the frequency of administration)，mouth dryness，visual and accomodation disorders，increased eye tension，dysuria，tachycardia，palpitations．

Dosage

1 sugar-coated tablet of genurin semplice type“forte”3-4 times daily at regular intervals．
