(保太松+氨基比林)针剂及包衣片

〔成分〕

每安瓿(5ml)含0．75g保太松钠和0．75g氨基比林。

每包衣片含0．125g保太松及0．125g氨基比林。

〔适应证〕

风湿病：关节炎，单关节炎，急性、亚急性和慢性风湿性多关节炎。腰痛。急性风湿性心包炎。痛风。风湿性多浆膜炎。强直性椎关节炎。软组织部位风湿病。关节炎的炎症并发症。

〔剂量〕

1．风湿病 每日或每隔1d1安瓿，用长针头对卧床病人进行臀深部缓慢注射。每次必须在1～2min内注射完毕。

2．妇科病 每隔4d或5d1安瓿，直至发热及疼痛消失为止(同样要缓慢注射)。包衣片4～6片／d。

3．血栓静脉炎 最初2d1安瓿，臀部缓慢注射，随后每隔1d1安瓿，直至完全康复为止，治疗期间，一般5～6安瓿足以治愈。口服包衣片治疗量为4～6片／d，共服6～10d。

〔禁忌证〕

病人在痉挛情况下(手足抽搦、癫痫)禁用胃肠外注射。心律失常性疾病，慢性器质性心脏病，慢性重度心肌病，肾脏、肝脏疾病。对氨基比林敏感，胃和十二指肠溃疡，水肿，造血器宫疾病(贫血、白细胞减少、血小板减少症)。

〔注意〕

每周需检查白细胞数。如果用药数天以后，发现病情无改善，则预计长期治疗也不会取得任何结果。

〔包装〕

盒装，每盒5安瓿(每安瓿5ml)。盒装，每盒20～50片。

Injections and cated tablets

Composition

1 amp．(5ml)contains 0．75g phenylbutazon Na and 0．75g Amidazophen．

1 coated tablet contains 0．125g phenylbutazon，and 0．125g Amidazophen．

Indications

Rheumatology：Arthritis，monoarth，ritis，polyarthritis rheumatica acuta，subacuta et chronica．Lumbago．Pericarditis rheumatica acuta．Gout．Polyserositis rheumatica．Spondylarthritis ankylopoetica．Rheumatism of the soft tissues．Inflammatory complications of arthritis．

Neurology：Neuralgia ischiadica acuta．Polyneuritis acuta et chronica．Paresis facialis．

Gynecology：Adnexitis．Salpingitis．Parametritis．

Surgery：Contusio，distorsio et luxatio traumatica．

Ophtalmology：Iritis and iridocyclitis．Thrombophlebitis．

Dosage

In rheumatism，1 amp．should be given daily or every second day，deeply，by the intragluteal route with a long needle，with the patient lying．Always to be injected slowly within 1 to 2 minutes．

In gynecology，1 amp every fourth or fifth day until the fever and the pains disappear．(Also to be injected slowly)

Coated tablets：4-6 tablets daily．

In thrombophlebitis，the first two days 1 amp．injected by the intragluteal route，slowly，which is to be followed by 1 amp．every second day till complete recovery，Generally，5-6 amp．prove to be sufficient during the cure．The daily dose advised for treatment by peroral route is 4-6 coated tablets during 6-10 days．

Contraindications

In cases of spasmophilic conditions(tetany，epilepsy)parenteral injections are prohibited．Rhythm troubles．Vitium cordis chronica．Myopathia cordis chronica grav．Renal and hepatic diseases．Amidazophen sensitiveness．Ulcus ventriculi et duodenali．Oedema，disorders of the haematopoietic organs(anaemia，leucopenia，thrombocytopenia)．

Notice

The leucocyte number is to be checked weekly．If no improvement has been found after a treatment of a few days，no result whatever is to be expected from a chronical treatment．
