【释义】：

亚当与夏娃被逐出伊甸园；(喻)谪降；违背圣命

And the Lord God said. Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now. lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:

Therefore the Lord God sent him forth from the graden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.

So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Fdcn Chcrubims. and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

Gen.3:22-24

耶和华神说：“那人已经与我们相似，能知道善恶。

现在恐怕他伸手又摘生命树的果子吃，就永远活着。”

耶和华神便打发他出伊甸园去，耕种他所自出之土。

于是把他赶出去了。

又在伊甸园的东边安设革鲁宾(守护寺庙的门神)(犹如中国庙宇中的亨、哈二将)和刀光四射的火剑，把守生命树的道路。

《创世纪》3∶22－24
