(片剂及针剂)

每片含0．5克，每安瓿(10ml)含0．4g甲氧烟酰胺。

本品为胆管及肠道化疗药物。本品除同时具有烟酸对肝脏实质的保护作用外，还有很强的抑菌作用及利胆作用。

〔适应证〕

胆囊炎及胆管炎、肝脏病后及流行性肝炎、肝原性黄疸、胆石病、胃及十二指肠炎、急性肠炎、结肠炎、胃溃疡。本品对双球菌、脓球菌、肠球菌及大肠杆菌感染有显着疗效。

〔剂量〕

建议开始治疗时采用大剂量：每日剂量为3×2片，饭后服用，持续2～4d。之后继续治疗，4片／d。病情严重时，可2h服1片。

儿童每日3次，每次半片到1片。

严重的慢性疾病，开始治疗时1～2支／d本品注射剂，继续治疗时每隔1d1支，缓慢静脉注射。

Tablets and injections

Each tablet contains 0．5g，each ampoule(10 ml)contains 4 per cent．0．4g oxymethylnicotinamid．

Bilocid is a chemotherapeutic of the biliary ducts and the intestines．Concurrently with the protecting effect of nicotinic acid on the liver paenchyrna，it exerts a powerful bacteriostatic and cholagogue action．

Indications

Cholecystitis and cholangitis．After hepatic disorders and epidemic hepatitis．Hepatogenic jaundice．Cholelithiasis．Gastroduodenitis．

Acute enteritis，colitis．Gastric ulcer．Bilocid is the most potent against infections with diplococcus，pyococcus，enterococcus，and coli bacilli．

Dosage

lt is advisable to initiate therapy with massive doses：3×2 tablets daily after meals over 2 to 4 days．Thereafter treatment is continued with 4 tablets a day．In very severe cases 1 tablet may be given every two hours．

Children should be administered 1／2 to 1 tablet three times a day．

In severe，chronic cases，treatment is started with daily 1 to 2 ampoules of BILOClD and continued with one ampoule every other day，injected slowly by the intravenous route．

Boxes of 20 tablets and boxes of 5 ampoules．
